Naše pravidla a hodnocení jsou (ve stručnosti) zaměřena na následující atributy restaurace, kterým jsou pak přidělovány hvězdičky (0 až 5) podle úspěšnosti v tomto hodnocení:

Pro dosažení značky kvality Cestování na talíři je min. potřebný počet hvězdiček 4 v každém atributu.

Pour atteindre la marque de qualité Voyager sur l'assiette, le minimum de 4 étoiles dans chaque attribut est requis.

To achieve brand quality Traveling on a plate is min. the needed number of stars 4 in each attribute.

Um Markenqualität Reisen auf dem Teller zu erreichen ist min. die erforderliche Anzahl der Sternchen 4 in jedem Attribut.

Atribut prostředí značí subjektivní dojem z exterieru i interieru, pokud o jeho architektonické a designové řešení jde a objektivní dojem, pokud o jeho technické a technologické řešení (topení, větrání, klimatizace, odhlučnění atd.) jde.

L'attribut d'ambiance signifie l'impression subjective de l'extérieur et de l'intérieur (en ce qu'il s'agit de ses solutions architecturales et de conception) et l'impression objective (en ce qu'il s'agit de la solution technique et technologique comme le chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, acoustique etc.)

The ambience attribute means the subjective feeling of both the exterior and the interior regarding the design and architecture, and objective evaluation of the technology (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, noise-proofing etc.).

Das Attribut Ambiente bedeutet den subjektiven Eindruck vom Exterieur sowie Interieur, im Sinn von seinem architektonischen und designweisen Ausstattung, und den objektiven Eindruck im Sinn von seinem technischen und technologischen Ausstattung (Heizung, Lüftung, Klimaanlage, Lärmschutz usw.).

Atribut výkonnost značí objektivní celkovou efektivitu, rychlost obsluhy od vstupu klienta po rozloučení se klienta (uvítání, uvedení, objednání, příprava, přinesení jídla nebo nápoje, čištění stolu, placení, rozloučení atd.).

L'attribut de performance fait une référence objective à l'efficacité et la vitesse du service depuis l'entrée du client jusqu'à son départ (accueil, placement, commande, préparation, apport du repas ou des boissons, nettoyage de la table, paiement, départ etc.)

The efficiency attribute means the objective overall efficiency, the speed at which the client is served - welcoming, seating, ordering, preparation, bringing of the food or drink, clearing the table, payment and saying goodbye.

Das Attribut Wirksamkeit bedeutet die allgemeine objektive Effektivität des Betriebs, Schnellheit aller seinen Bedienungsarten von Kundeneintritt in den Betrieb bis zum Abschied (Begrüßung, Führung, Bestellung, Vorbereitung, Servieren des Essens oder Getränkes, Tischreinigung, Bezahlung, Abschied usw.).

Atribut čistota značí objektivní vizuální dojem z exterieru i interieru (stropy, stěny, podlahy, okna, dveře, nábytek, nádobí, příbor atd.), pokud o čistotu jde.

L'attribut de propreté signifie une impression visuelle objective de l'extérieur et de l'intérieur (plafonds, murs, sols, fenêtres, portes, meubles, vaisselle, couverts etc.) en ce qui concerne la propreté.

The cleanliness attribute means the objective visual impression of both the exterior and the interior (walls, ceiling, floors, windows, doors, furniture, dishes, cutlery etc.) 

Das Attribut Sauberkeit bedeutet den objektiven visuellen Eindruck vom Exterieur sowie Interieur (Decke, Wände, Böden, Fenster, Türe, Möbel, Geschirr, Besteck usw.), was der Sauberkeit betrifft.  

Atribut zdvořilost značí objektivní dojem z chování personálu, pokud o jeho etiku (pozdravení, oslovení, přání dobré chutě atd.) jde.

L'attribut de courtoisie fait une référence objective au comportement du personnel, en ce qui concerne son étiquette (bienvenue, souhaite d'un bon goût, etc.)

The courtesy attribute means the objective feeling of the staff behaviour, regarding the ethics (welcoming, adressing, saying "enjoy your meal" etc.) 

Das Attribut Höflichkeit bedeutet den objektiven Eindruck vom Personalverhalten im Sinn von Ethik (Begrüßung, Anrede, Wunsch der guten Appetit usw.).

Atribut obsluha značí objektivní dojem z chování personálu, pokud o jeho pozornost k potřebám a zájmům klienta (zájem o spokojenost klienta, jazykové znalosti atd.) jde.

L'attribut de service signifie une impression objective du comportement du personnel, en termes d'attention portée aux besoins et aux intérêts du client (intérêt pour la satisfaction du client, compétences linguistiques etc.)

The service attribute means the objective feeling of the staff regarding the staff's attention to the client's needs (the staff's interest in client's satisfaction, language skills etc.)

Das Attribut Bedienung bedeutet den objektiven Eindruck vom Personalverhalten im Sinn von seine Aufmerksamkeit gegen die Bedürfnisse und Interessen des Kunden (Interesse für Kundenzufriedenheit, Sprachkenntnisse, usw.).

Atribut kvalita značí objektivní senzorický dojem z jídla nebo nápoje, pokud o způsob jeho přípravy a užité ingredience jde.

L'attribut de qualité, c'est une impression sensorielle objective d'un repas ou d'une boisson quant à la manière dont il est préparé et aux ingrédients utilisés.

The quality attribute means the objective sensory feeling of the food or drink, the method of preparation and the ingredients. 

Das Attribut Qualität bedeutet den objektiven sensorischen Eindruck vom Essen oder Getränken, im Sinn von seiner Zubereitungsart und verwendeten Ingredienzen.

Atribut čerstvost značí objektivní senzorický dojem z jídla nebo nápoje, pokud o jeho stav s ohledem na jeho trvanlivost jde.

L'attribut de fraîcheur signifie une impression sensorielle objective d'un repas ou d'une boisson concernant sa date de consommation.  

The freshness attribute means the objective sensory feeling of the food or drink regarding its best-before-date quality.

Das Attribut Frische bedeutet den objektiven sensorischen Eindruck vom Essen oder Getränken, im Sinn von seinem Zustand mit Rücksicht auf seine Haltbarkeit.  

Atribut tvořivost značí subjektivní vizuální dojem z jídla nebo nápoje ohledně designového řešení jeho servírování na straně jedné a fantazii při koncipování jídla nebo nápoje jako takového na straně druhé.

L'attribut de créativité signifie une impression visuelle subjective d'un repas ou d'une boisson au sujet de la solution en matière de conception de son service, d'une part, et d'imagination lors de la préparation d'un repas ou d'une boisson, d'autre part.  

The creativity attribute means the subjective visual feeling of the food or dring regarding both the design point of view of the serving and the overall imaginativeness of the food or drink concept as a whole.

Das Attribut Kreativität bedeutet den subjektiven visuellen Eindruck vom Essen oder Getränken, im Sinn von seinem Design beim Servieren und im Sinn von Phantasie bei Konzipierung des Essens oder Getränkes selbst.

Jsme si vědomi, že hodnocení většiny těchto atributů je obecně subjektivní, ovšem naše hodnocení i v takovém případě je napříč hodnocenými zařízeními objektivní. Jelikož však nejsme obchodní nebo hygienická autorita, našim jediným výrobním nástrojem je kamera.

Nous avons conscience de la subjectivité générale de l'évaluation de la plupart de ces attributs, mais nous toujours essayons de garder une objectivité d'évaluation à travers les établissements divers.  

We understand that majority of these evaluations is highly subjective, but our approach to these evalutations is objective across the range of evaluated restaurants. Because we are not hygiene or commercial authorities, our only tool is a camera. 

Wir sind uns bewusst, dass Bewertung meisten dieser Attribute grundsätzlich subjektiv ist, allerdings ist unsere Bewertung auch in diesem Fall durch alle bewerteten Betriebe objektiv. Da wir jedoch keine Handels- oder Hygieneautorität sind, unser einzelnes Produktionsmittel ist die Kamera.
